Who we are
These terms are between you and Remarquable Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 14214040.
Our services
We provide the package you choose at signup, as described on our website at the time you sign up: Studio (organic video content) or Ad Studio (organic video content plus Meta ads management).
Payment
Packages are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up. Founding rates are fixed for your first 3 months. After that, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Minimum term and cancelling
There’s a 3 month minimum term. After that, your plan rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing [email protected].
Ad spend
Ad spend for Ad Studio is paid directly to Meta by you and isn’t included in our fee. You set the budget, and we don’t guarantee any specific number of leads or sales.
Service area
We film on site, so we only work with businesses in our service area: Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, the Black Country, the wider West Midlands and Greater Manchester. If your business turns out to be outside this area, we’ll refund your first payment in full.
Your part
To keep things moving, you agree to attend your weekly shoot, give us the access we need to post on your social accounts, and approve content in good time. Shoots you miss without 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled within that month.
Content ownership
Once paid for, the finished videos are yours to use. We may show them in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We’re not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made by platforms like Meta or TikTok, such as account restrictions or ad rejections. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
