Remarquable Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you book a call, sign up, claim a free shoot or message us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Card payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your full card details. We also collect basic technical data such as pages visited, through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange calls, deliver our services, take payment, reply to your enquiry, and send you information about our services that you have asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our booking, CRM, payments and messaging, including GoHighLevel, Stripe and WhatsApp. They only process your data on our instructions. Some providers store data outside the UK, and where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a client, we keep your enquiry details for up to 2 years and then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
